adopt
or receive more information on,
you
have 3 options as to how to go about
it.

Complete the adoption application
form below or

You can
Print the Adoption Form,
then
mail or fax it to us or
-
Request that
we send you an adoption
application via
E-mail or US
Postal Service. In
this case, you'll need to
email us with your name address
or email
address so we know
where to send it. In all
cases, please include your
phone number
as well.

After we receive the application and your
references are checked, you will be contacted by
phone. An interview and home visit is the next
required step in the adoption process. After
this is complete and a match has been made with
a rescue, an adoption agreement will be signed
and a adoption fee collected at the time of
placement.

Adoption fees help cover the costs of
medical treatments, including but not
limited to; vaccines, spaying or
neutering, heartworm treatment if
necessary, and any other medical
requirements to restore the rescued
animal to good health. |
