Qualified Drivers?
Just because a driver holds a CDL license issued by the state it doesn't mean the driver is necessarily qualified. The  Department of Transportation holds motor carriers 
  responsible for each driver  they
   use.  If you are using a staffing or
    leasing  company to supplement
     your  driver needs,  it is  critical
       that  you ensure that  the  
       company you are  using is
          adequately  protecting  your 
             regulatory  responsibilities.

It is critical that you ensure that the companies you are using are protecting your interests by meeting the requirements. Failure to monitor this could subject you to regulatory fines or penalties.
