We spend time with you, not only to understand what  experience you have but what  you, as a person, want.
    What  are your career aspirations,
how can we  help you reach the
      goals you have set forth
for yourself  and your  family.  We
want to  offer you control, flexibility, and the ability to change jobs if you are not satisfied.

Qualified Drivers?
Just because a driver holds a CDL license issued by the state it doesn't mean the driver is necessarily qualified. The  Department of Transportation holds motor carriers
  responsible for each driver  they
use.  If you are using a staffing or
    leasing  company to supplement
your  driver needs,  it is  critical
       that  you ensure that  the
       company you are  using is
          adequately  protecting  your
             regulatory  responsibilities.

Remember, the Department of Transportation regulates motor carriers and  their drivers.  Because the DOT has no legal authority over staffing or leasing companies, it holds the motor carrier responsible for the compliance of drivers provided by these companies. It is critical that you ensure that the companies you are using are protecting your interests by meeting the requirements.

Failure to monitor this could subject you to regulatory fines or penalties.
