Our company is currently embarking on an expansion plan, and we are looking for local entrepreneurial selling managers to take charge and start earning ownership in one of our new locations. At DriverDirect, we wanted to create an incentive program that would both help reward its branch management staff and attract new talent to help the company expand. The result is an ownership program that allows our selling branch mangers to earn ownership in their branch operations while earning a competitive wage.

All DriverDirect locations are individual Limited Liability Companies (LLC’s) in which DriverDirect Corporation is the 100% owner.

The Selling Branch Manager at each DriverDirect location has the opportunity to earn up to 25% ownership in their respective branches by simply reaching preset annual net income goals. If that goal is attained for a given branch, the selling branch manager would earn 2.5% interest in his or her branch, with the goal of earning the full 25% over a ten-year period of time. The best part is that the amount of ownership earned in any one year is not capped and therefore you have an opportunity to get to the 25% ownership even faster, growth beyond the established goal will be prorated to provide increased ownership. Therefore the harder you work and manage your business the quicker you can attain the 25% ownership plateau.

DriverDirect has embarked on an aggressive expansion plan to open offices throughout the continental United States. It is management's goal to attract entrepreneurial types of individuals with a strong sales background who are local to the expansion locations, who desire an opportunity to earn not only a market level of compensation but also have the opportunity to earn ownership in the business that they helped develop.

Along with our ownership program we offer a competitive compensation package along with a liberal incentive program. We feel that ownership doesn’t mean much if you are not adequately compensated for the work you are doing.
